2.10.05 Astral with HP & Moo, The Theatre, etc

Some where in the very deepest sleep I half remember working with Katie and Moo on the astral plane to get my wall down, but I don’t remember anything really about it, it was as if our spirits were sitting in a nebula somewhere discussing it.

I was lying in bed, in was daylight out, early morning, I realized I had left the door open a crack after getting *another * glass of water, and the light was on- except it wasn’t the actual light in the bedroom it was one of those large rectangular fluorescent lights. I did not want to get up so I concentrated on the door for just a moment and it closed and latched. Shane shifted in his sleep and managed to flip the light off using the same means I had- the door popped open again though- I focused and it closed again.

I had a rather disturbing dream about working on a play- on a set rather similar to the on I had been in last night trying to help spirits cross over. In fact it may have been the same- all for the fact that the some of the areas I stood in I hadn’t been in at all. A lot of people were there all working on this huge set, there was a bunch of folks screwing together this massive multifunctional piece, one side a bedroom set, another a living room, and another a book set and cupboard. They wanted to flip it, and even a child was helping them, this child (could not tell boy or girl I will use she for simplicity) must have been two or three years- she got her fingers pinched in a door or drawer that slid shut. I ran up and helped her- she were crying loudly- so I got on my knees and looked at her eye to eye and said- “Do you think maybe something cold would feel better?” She calmed and said it would- so I took her by the hand and we ran to the fridge on the opposite side of the stage. I opened the freezer- there were a whole bunch of opened Popsicles that were half eaten. I was kind of grossed out. I saw some ice packs, but she had already grabbed one of the opened- half eaten Popsicles- I told her “ No- that’s yucky.” But she had already bitten. Then the dream fast-forwarded. The audience was all there, and Lyla (a little girl I helped take care of from age 1 to 4) was there too, except she was only two years old again. She yelled for me and I turned as she jumped into my arms, I hugged her and swung her around. I was so happy to see her. But it was time for the show to start, so I told her that she should go sit with mom- who was sitting on the bottom front row- on metal bleachers. So she ran and sat next to mom, Lyla was wearing a cute bright red coat, with her hood up. She smiled at me and I smiled back. I turned and I guess I went and did whatever I was supposed to on set, and when I came back to the place where Lyla and her mom sat I realized it was raining on them, and Lyla was laying in the watery mud on her back, looking up. Her mom just sat there- dazed, eyes focused off somewhere beyond this realm. I went to run at Lyla and pull her up out of the mud, but something unseen held me back by my elbows. The audience started piling out of the bleacher, almost running down them and trampling Lyla, she was being crushed, sinking deeper into the mud, and I couldn’t get them to stop- I was screaming at the top of my lungs for them to stop, but they couldn’t hear me. I realized that Lyla was gone, and only that bright red coat was left. And I woke up.

I had a strange dream :
Setting an old house, lush lawn and full trees- on the porch was an old lady who had a swinging bed- and this swinging bed had a canopy, and she preferred to have this canopy swinging bed pulled up so high that she was only about two feet from the ceiling of this porch. Her bed was decked out with so many cushions and yards of very fine fabrics. Her daughter or helper, got her to lower down and show off her fine attire, she was a romance novel fan and had on a dress from one of her favorite book’s covers. She fanned it out and tugged this way and that, and to be honest she looked wonderful on this august bed with her dress on. I smiled and the old women loved it, she had her daughter/helper show me into this insane house (if you’ve been privileged enough to read Blackwood Farm by Anne Rice, you understand this house) inside the younger woman showed me another of the older woman’s favorite gowns, it looked like something off ‘Gone with the Wind’. It either faded now or I can’t remember the rest.

I had a short blurb of a dream where I saw one giraffe and then two and then a perverted young mans voice say, “Once you go Giraffe you never go back.”

I had a dream that I was in a basement, this basement was the type from newer constructions, however it leaked and had water stains and some garbage in it. There was a staircase in the middle of the basement, to the right of it where I did whatever I did here, and to the left there was more garbage and a feral black kitten. Back to the right side though, there was a shelf set up along the wall with my actual non-dream phone on it, and some other stuff I could not get a good look at, I had distinct memories of this place in my dream having been a bustling hangout at one time, there was a plastic jewel on the floor that reminded me of it, but now it was empty, full of old broken windows, and pieces of garbage. The dream faded.

I was at Wal-Mart, I had ordered a green corduroy cushion (kind with arms), however I had ordered one that had writing on it, a message for Katie on it to help her help me get my wall down. I thought the message would be in each line of the corduroy, but when I got the cushion I just saw skips in the corduroy- no actual words. I had written so much too. I was upset, but a friend was there (one I do not know in waking life), he had ordered one too and could not believe the price. It occurred to me that I had ordered this off the Internet and the money was automatically withdrawn from my account. I panicked- I didn’t record that in my checkbook, we might be overdrawn! But then I saw my cushion again, I had been looking at it too close, the message was much bigger, and only a little bit of it could be seen. I was baffled, why didn’t I see that before? We went back to the pet section and I bought a three-pound bag of food for the Beta. (I don’t get it either.)
Then I found myself back in that basement, this time on the cat’s side, she was stuck in there, prowling for food, but otherwise ignoring me. I could not imagine how she got in there, (there was another black cat in the dream either upstairs in the house or out in the yard who was not feral, but I knew it would be close to impossible to bring this cat back from the wild. And I cannot well enough remember the other part of the dream.)

Strangest of all: I awoke in my bedroom, and saw on the dresser in front of me the 3lb. bag of fish food, I thought, “why the hell am I not feeding Proteus (our beta’s name) this?” I grabbed the bag of food, cracked it open and it defiantly smelled fishy. I walked to the living room and saw swimming it the middle of thin air a huge fish (compared to Proteus- the big fish was probably 6” long.) and Proteus was in his mouth! I was outraged- I flew at the big fish, demanding he let Proteus go; the big fish spat him out. Proteus swam there, not getting away, so the big fish put Proteus back into his mouth. Once again I demanded that he let my fish go- he spat him out again and I shooed Proteus to safety and chased the big fish in the opposite direction. I was now panicked that my fish wasn’t in his bowl- how is he breathing, how is he swimming? The cockatiels were out of their cage and Spike was sitting on the curtain rod- Proteus swam up there and wouldn’t be budged, so I got a piece of the fish food out, which looked more like dried bread now- I held a piece to him and he happily ate from my hand, then I lifted his bowl to him and chucked the bread in it and he went right after it into the bowl. I put the bowl where I went and then looked for the big fish, which was trying to hide in the kitchen near the plant, near where Vicious (other cockatiel) was perched. I started to scramble to find my camera; no one would believe me otherwise. But I couldn’t find it and as I looked I slowly woke up.

LOL Jenjen! I had a meeting with you and I don't even remember it!

Well, it's thoroughly possible, I too dreamed of certain members of the group, but I lucid dream, which tends to take me (or rather, parts of me, I don't want to leave the whole me out there because certain angels are hunted and cords can be cut...) to the library, to watch over certain of you, and to have conversations with important people (i.e. you all) but I only remember that this has happened, and not the details, when I wake. Whooo yay.

So yes, with the knowledge that Katie is astral the minute that you call her (or at least a little part of her), and me as well, we probably did have a little conference there.

Those are some interesting dreams- katie is to dream interpretation what I am to astrology, so probably better to run them by her.
