Meeting begins at 7:45 PM CST.
In attendence are Kathryn Phillips (Leader), Jaimie Adkins (Second), Samantha Asby (Public Relations Representative & temporary Scribe), Maureen McCord, Adam Moore, Miriam Clemmons, Nick Lind, Eric Reist, and Jeremy Dick.
The meeting began with the General Chatter and Q&A session during which we answered & posed questions with Miriam and Nick. This lasted until 8:50 PM CST.
We then discussed the Food & Item Drive for the Knoxville Women's Shelter. We revised the flyer and decided the drop-off locations as being Samantha's Pod (308) and the Information Booth in order to cover both sides of Campus. It is tentatively going to be held the week of April 11, 2005. Kathryn will be calling the Knoxville Women's Shelter at the YWCA in order to give them a head's up and see what they might need. Samantha will also be contacting Bonnie Dahlke and Mona Roozeboom to get things set up for the group. This lasted from 8:50-8:55 PM CST.
Following this, we discussed the Pagan Informational Panel Discussion/Open Forum. In the way of advertising, we will be putting announcements in the Ray and the Crier, as well as papering Campus with flyers. The discussion will be held sometime in late April after the food/item drive. It will take place in either Graham Conference or Van Emmerick Studio. Samantha is planning on calling or e-mailing Robin Martin to Moderate as Ms. Martin has had much experience in panel moderation. The topics presented will deal with general ethics such as the Rede and general practice such as spell casting. The Panel Discussion section lasted from 8:55-9:10 PM CST.
