I know why... I had up earlier on the board that the rumour was May or June... It was me. I admit it. But I just noticed that I had it up as 18 July instead of 16 July. We're all just overworked.

Adam had a wonderful but diabolical idea for when the Half-Blood Prince comes out: Go to one of those midnight book-sellings... all dressed as Death Eaters. Then we can stay up and read the book, then pass out for a few days from sheer exhaustion. Also, the Death Eater costuming could be fun for a midnight showing of the Goblet of Fire this fall. Hell, with Moo's artistics... she could even gives us each a fabulously-done Dark Mark! Ooo!!! The Sammage liketh! I'm in if this all goes down.

Guess what ebullibody. I bought the set of five over the weekend. i'm in the middle of book four and will soon join you in your speculations as to book six. Now, let me alone for a few days so I can actually read four and five, I don't want anyone randomly telling me someone dies or massive wars start or snape gets hemerrhoids.

*momentarily puts down book and sighs* the sad thing is.....especially when she's not being bitchy, i identify most with hermionie. Gaaaa! If i'm being an insufferable know it all just tell me "shut up, hermionie" and I'll slap myself multiple times.

I may be a horrid little wench, but I'd never call you Hermione. Hermy-own-ninny sure, but never Hermione.

Hahaha! That's great.... and Moo, you aren't always like Hermione. You don't badger us about breaking rules or getting in trouble and losing house points If you did... yes, we would shout about it.

This according to Mugglenet
Romance for Harry in HBP Bloomsbury has added a book 6 countdown to their site. Yesterday, if you clicked on the 14th, a new window opened up showing a picture hinting at a romance for Harry in Half-Blood Prince! Thanks to TLC for the heads-up.

A romance?!? Hopefully it will be substantial and cute--competely unlike Cho and Harry Any guesses on who she could be? (or he? hehe!) I don't know... but Luna seems to have more in common with Harry than he may think... and just imagine the Dursley's reaction to Harry bringing her home! ;D

I really don't know who it might be. This is a new one even for me! I like the Luna scenario.
At the Mugglenet poll, I selected the "some character we don't know yet" option.
*HERE BE SPOILERS*
Silviata has a v. great point. Harry & Luna do have a lot in common. In OotP, both Harry & Luna could see the thestrals because they had both witnessed death. But of course, there's a huge argument going on as to *why* Harry hadn't seen the thestrals his first year as he had witnessed the death of his parents. Some have mentioned that it may not be only the act of witnessing death, but accepting it too. Luna is, at times, the only one who doesn't think Harry is insane. She's great! I love her character!
